Synopsis
In December 2020, some people and associations began occupying a former factory in Brussels with a precarious lease. The space is huge, 10 000m2, and feeds the fantasies of all that it would be possible to do there: a place of life, reception, construction and creation which would tend towards self-management, in a spirit of justice, inclusion and egalitarianism. The construction site is Dantesque. The film follows for a month the people who start to invest this wasteland space.
Director's biography
Originally from the Bouches-du-Rhône region, Cyril Pedrazzini studied cinema in the Marseille area (BTS audiovisual, degree in performing arts, Master Satis).
He is also chief operator and camera assistant in fiction and documentary.

En décembre 2020, un groupe d’individus et d’associations débutent l’occupation à bruxelles d’une ancienne usine avec un bail précaire. l’espace est immense, 10 000m2, et nourrit les fantasmes de tout ce qu’il serait possible d’y faire : un lieu de vie, d’accueil, de construction et de création qui tendrait vers l’autogestion, dans un esprit de justice, d’inclusion et d’égalitarisme. le chantier est dantesque. le film suit pendant un mois les personnes qui commencent à investir cet espace en friche.
