Every time he has to go out, it's the same story :
he is afraid of his neighbours.
One day, he decides to get over his fear.
It's frenzy in the CITY.
But who are his neighbours?
The CITY as a moving and unpredictable character whose tireless functioning he is confronted with,
or the inhabitants, combustible material for a sociological blast-furnace.
Three minutes of madness, the burning of a strawman, the liberation of a district's yes-man.

Chaque fois qu’il doit sortir de chez lui, c’est la même chose :
il a peur de ses voisins.
un jour il décide de faire le pas…
c’est un délire dans la ville.
mais qui sont donc ses voisins ?
la ville comme personnage mouvant et imprévisible par son mécanisme de fonctionnement inlassable auquel il est confronté,
ou bien les habitants, combustible d’un haut-fourneau sociologique.
de toute façon, trois minutes de déblocage, l’incendie d’un homme de paille de l’urbain, la libération d’un yes-man de quartier.
